1. Membership

Membership registration is subject to administrative approval. Users must provide accurate and valid information during registration.

2. Registration Fee

A non-refundable registration fee of ₦5,000 is required before account activation.

Proceeding with payment confirms acceptance of all cooperative policies and conditions.

3. Wallet & Savings

All deposits remain pending until verified and approved by the cooperative administrator.

Wallet balances update after transaction approval and may include operational charges where applicable.

4. Weekly Charges

Members may be charged weekly savings attendance fees, development contributions, and loan penalties where applicable.

Pending charges accumulate automatically where wallet balance is insufficient.

5. Loan & Repayment

Loan approvals are strictly at the discretion of the cooperative management.

Late repayment attracts weekly penalties according to approved loan category and amount.

6. User Responsibility

Members are responsible for safeguarding their login credentials and all activities performed on their account.

7. Fraud & Misuse

The cooperative reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

8. Privacy

Personal information and transaction records may be stored for administrative, compliance, and operational purposes.

9. System Availability

Temporary downtime, maintenance, or technical interruptions may occur and shall not result in liability against the cooperative.

By creating an account, making payment, or using any cooperative service, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
